At By Rugaro, we put love and care into every detail of our furniture so you can feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make things right.

• You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns include a 20% return fee plus the cost of return shipping.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Returns are only accepted on undamaged, unmodified seating and soft goods.

• Partner products (items not made by By Rugaro but sold through our site) are not eligible for return.
