At By Rugaro, we want your shopping experience to feel as comfortable as the furniture you choose. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and purchase date, but don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. 📦 Shipping Details
• We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
• At this time, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
• Ordering more than one item? Your order may arrive in separate shipments so everything gets to you as quickly as possible.
• We do not offer expedited shipping, but rest assured, we do our best to get your pieces to you quickly and safely.
• Some partner products may ship directly from our trusted partners, but By Rugaro will always handle your order updates and notifications.

🏡 Delivery Details
• Freight deliveries require an adult (18+) to be present to receive the order.
Free Scheduled Freight Shipping
Our standard freight delivery is always free and includes:
• Delivery to your preferred room or area of choice
• Unpacking and removal of all packaging materials
• Furniture assembly (if required)
You’ll be contacted by FedEx or Fragile PAK to schedule a delivery time once your order ships.
Free Small Parcel Shipping
Smaller items ship via ground for free. No signature is required.
Soft goods and accessories will ship separately from larger furniture pieces, but all with the same care and attention.
